If the earth warms 2°C, 99% of the coral reefs will disappear.
Human activity has already altered 70% of ice-free land - according to the United Nations.
85% of wetlands and mangroves, which are crucial carbon sinks, are gone.
On International Day for Biodiversity, it is a good opportunity to learn about the positive work going on to help maintain, restore and increase biodiversity.
